Pine-Richland Girls' Soccer Coaching Staff
Jodi Chmielewski - Girls' Varsity Head Coach
Jodi Chmielewski enters her 14th season as the Head Coach of Pine-Richland Girls' Varsity Soccer Team. Jodi has led her teams into the playoffs ten of her thirteen seasons, including 5 section titles and 6 trips to the state playoffs. The Rams won back-to-back WPIAL titles in 2005 and 2006. The 2005 squad defeated the number #1 ranked team in the nation to capture their first ever PIAA State Championship. The 2010 team won the Section title and advanced to the WPIAL Semi-Finals and State Quarterfinals. Jodi was also recognized in 2005 as the Pennsylvania Girls' Soccer Coach of the Year, the NSCAA US East Regional Coach of the Year, and was a finalist for the NSCAA National High School Girls' Soccer Coach of the Year. Coach Chmielewski has an overall record of 198-62-18, which ranks her 3rd in number of wins among all active coaches in the WPIAL and 6th in Western PA history.
Jodi joined Pine-Richland in 1998 after graduating from Westminster College where she was the captain of the soccer team. She holds a National "C" coaching license through USSF, a National Youth license from USSF and a National license through NSCAA.
In addition to her Pine-Richland coaching duties, Jodi is the Director of the PRGS Academy youth training program and is the Director of the PRGS Shoot to Score Camp. Jodi also assists Jerry Concannon with the U15 North United Chaos team, winners of the 2011 State Cup Championships. After obtaining a master's degree in education from Geneva College Jodi currently teaches 6th grade at Eden Hall Upper Elementary in the Pine-Richland School District.
